Ladies Fellowship
On 12 July 1997, the Ladies Fellowship of Holy Light Church was formally established with the attendance of some 42 ladies .The whole idea of setting up the Ladies Fellowship was initiated by Mrs Yeo Swee Keng.
The goals and objectives of the Ladies Fellowship are:
- To get to know the ladies in the Church.
- To learn together the things of God and things related to our walk with the Lord Jesus, things related to our lives in relation to our families as taught in the Word of God.
- To help one another to grow spiritually through testimonies, sharing of experiences, inspirational talks and Bible study which encourage and build up our faith in the Lord Jesus
- Practical Care – visitations and prayer support.
- To strengthen our bonds with one another.
Our Ladies Fellowship started by meeting bi monthly but during the recent few years we have been meeting every month on the 3rd Saturday and sometimes on the 4th Saturday. For our meetings we have motivational, spiritual and educational talks, cooking demonstrations and high tea and sharing.
We encourage all ladies to join us and to be blessed by the sharing of God’s people.
