Hillville Aged Care Centre

A retirement home can be the best option for those who are worried about being lonely or abandoned in old age.

 The Hillville Aged Care Centre offers care and accomodation in a home-like atmosphere. The centre is spacious and equipped with an elevator. It is located on a 3.24ha plot in a peaceful spot in the middle of a lush golf course. The landscaped garden is filled with colourful blooms.

The director, Dr Chuah Seong Peng, said the centre had a team of caring part-time and full-time nurses, with medical doctors on call.

Dr Chuah said air-conditioned individual, twin-sharing and five-bedded rooms were available.

“There are 12 residents aged 70 to 92,” he said, adding that residents enjoyed regular excursions, picnics and outdoor recreation.Dr Chuah said the centre offered short-term care for senior citizens from RM800 per month.”Some families send their elderly folk here when they go on a short vacation or while they are at work.”The centre charges between RM1,500 and RM3,000 per month for long-term stays.
